Adviser Rick Sawyer was GREAT. On January 29, 2020, I had suspected that the battery on my 2016 RAM 1500 was not holding a charge. I was barely able to get it started at my home and didn't care for the possibility of being stuck in someplace between errands. I needed a reasonably quick solution. I elected to drive to my local MOPAR service center at Moss Bros., Riverside that afternoon. Rick (like Gary and Josh) is a familiar face and that is one of the things that I like about Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. Not as much turnover in personnel. They know my family and our vehicles when we come in for service. We've had our vehicles serviced there for years. Rick did an on-the-spot analysis and confirmed my concerns that the problem was the battery and not the charging system. I was able to buy a proper replacement battery (a prior concern elsewhere) and get a quick, hassle-free installation thanks to the assigned technician. I was able to get my truck back within an hour. "Took extra care."

Austen was great and I'm appreciatively have met her today. I came in to have my mother's oil changed on her car and Austen informed me about the software recall that was on my mother's car and I didn't even have a clue that there was even a recall out. I was just so thankful for the information and the extra care that was extended when it came to having my mother's car serviced. I can say my mother's Chrysler is in good hands at Moss Bros. Great place, works with you on all the things you want in a vehicle and willing to give a great price. I was dealing with 4 different car dealerships and around 8 different people, however, I came to Riverside and met with Joey and he took care of me. What do I want? What am I willing to pay? Here is your car. And sure enough, left with a great car for a great price and no headache
