As I had once sold cars myself I was ready for a long night, where I would be hounded to buy the extras, fight about the value of my trade in and fight over price, even though I came in with the USAA pricing.I was very happy to know I was completely wrong.Tim was very polite, and helpful, as was the Finance manager.Each one only once mentioned extras that were available to us. When we declined, they didn't push the issue.We were not fought on our trade in, we came in expecting a price and we received it. The Grand Cherokee we purchased yesterday is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from your dealership in the last two years. 3 Jeeps and 1 Dodge truck. We have been very happy with these vehicles and I have to say that my Wrangler is the funest four wheeled vehicle I've ever owned.But, you guys are not the only Jeep dealer around and certainly not the closest for us. The reason we continue to make the trip down the hill to Moss Bros Riverside is Tim Morgan. He has always been straight up with me in our dealings and continues to work hard to find the vehicles that best fit our ever changing needs. When I'm ready to trade up to a Rubicon will certainly be giving Tim a call. I must also say that my experiences with the service department ave all been positive. Thanks again to Tim for working with us and helping us to find another Jeep that fit our needs as well as our budget. We will be back.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at the Moss Bros. Riverside dealership. I had just bought a vehicle 6 months ago in the high desert, and I was never fully comfortable in it. Not only was my Moss sales person knowledgeable and friendly, he really worked hard to get me a payment and plan I could afford. We bought a 2010 Liberty over a year ago from Tim Morgan. Chrysler recently bought the Liberty back from us, which put us in the market for a new car again. We called Tim at Moss since I figured he treated us honestly and fair the first time. I wasn't sorry. Not only did he find the truck that we needed, and the Wrangler that I wanted. He worked out a deal with us that allowed us to trade in my old Chevy truck and buy both vehicles and still stay with in our budget. We both love our new vehicles, and I'm glad that I went back to Tim at Moss. I'm still taking the long way home in my new Wrangler.

My experience at Moss... Richard and I had been dealing with another dealership in S. California, and while they had located a Rubicon, the price kept escalating.I first located our Rubicon on the Moss Bros. website in Riverside. I emailed a request for more information and my request was answered promptly by Nick Hassan.He went out onto the lot and located the Rubicon, and then sent me a video of the vehicle so I could physically view it, and confirm it had the options that we wanted.Since we had already test driven a Wrangler Unlimited, all that was left to negotiate was the price.I received a very reasonable out-the-door quote.Rich drove up to view the vehicle, and the deal was sealed.We picked up our brand new "Ruby" a few days later, our choice, and we are thoroughly pleased with not only the vehicle, but the professional and friendly service we received at Moss Bros.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience yesterday at the dealership.We had been to another dealer in the area and what a disappointment it was.They were not even presentable in their attire and this was an immediate turn off.We did not feel that they wanted the sale and actually when my husband finally said to take his phone number and call us with an offer, the salesman said, "I don't need your phone number", to which my husband said, ok, goodbye.We drove to Moss and were greeted by Nick whom we had called ahead of time.He was very professional and informative.We were surprising our son for his 18th birthday and he even gave us some 'surprise' suggestions and gave us a balloon bouquet to take home.Since it was a cash purchase, we did not have to deal with financing so we don't have an opinion on that.Overall, our experience was excellent and we would definitely consider this dealership in the future.We were contacted today by the dealership for follow-up and that was a very nice touch.Thank you

I let my salesman know what I wanted in a car and he gave me what I asked for. He never tried to pressure or force upon me anything that I didn't want. Seventeen years ago I was asked to join the Moss Bros Auto Group team. At the time I was excited to be considered for the job of finance director (a position other dealers I worked for talked about but never implemented.) I told Glenn when he hired me I had never been a finance director before and he said "we're going to train you!" I was excited for the opportunity, but not sure what being on the team really meant. What an experience! Being part of this team has allowed me the opportunity to grow leaps and bounds both professionally and personally.
